Matt helped to identify candidates and fill multiple roles for us that had previously been seen internally as nearly unfillable due to the labour shortages and difficult work that was involved. We had roles open with other agencies for an extended period of time. However these roles were crucial especially running into finance year end. I am glad that we opted to give SMS professional the opportunity to work on the roles.
