Matthew Lamb


Matthew is commercially astute, driven and passionate about partnering with clients to find the right talent that is the right fit for the client company, he understands that the right person will bring value to their business rather than taking a one size fits all approach. He has extensive experience building teams and processes from the ground up focusing on value-add activities and removing those tasks that add no real value.

Matthew holds more than 15 years’ experience in business process improvement utilizing Six Sigma, Kaizen and other lean methodologies across all areas but primarily Finance, Recruitment, FMCG and Manufacturing organisations where he was a transformational leader and team player. 

These foundations of Lean, reduction of waste,  and a keen eye for risk reduction have all been utilized in positions held at global leading organisations in their field. 

With over 7 years experience working in the Recruitment industry, Matthew has the perfect background and experience to partner SMS Professional with their clients in regards to not only sourcing the right candidates from Mid-level to Executive, as well as understanding the Business model to help businesses streamline their processes.

Angela started her career in the Fitness Industry, firstly in Sales and then running her own business as a personal trainer. This role saw her build and grow relationships, tailoring fitness around the best needs and obtaining optimum results for her clientele. She worked with a diverse group and maximised the business by promotion, social media advertising and delivering best results for her clients.

Showing an interest in Recruitment, Angela then moved into a role as an Employment Consultant, managing caseloads of long term unemployed, a gig that is not for the faint hearted. It is due to Angelas’ strong relationship building skills, along with her understanding and capability for matching the right people into roles that saw her be a great choice.
