  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the East Melbourne territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support and expertise to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management, and actively contribute to sales meetings and strategy discussions.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a role that supplies goods to businesses.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Experience using salesforce
