A newly created role for a Supply Chain Manager has become available for this company located near Dural. This global company, which has a great culture, work from their manufacturing, packaging and distribution warehouse and are looking to move into a 3PL situation.

Including 10 direct reports, the role is not for the faint hearted, with the primary responsibility to satisfy customer needs very effectively by monitoring and managing all the resources, process and tools allocated to the Supply Chain as a whole.

The position includes the following duties:-

·         Co-ordinate efforts between operations, supply chain, sales and marketing to ensure consistent supply is available to fill orders, hit sales and profit budgets.

·         oversee the monthly collaboration and analysis of sales forecasting prioritise shipments for the warehouse based on commercial sales priorities back order releases ISO while maintaining order fulfillments

·         create and report KPI’s provisions and write offs and monitor the position of the inventory as sales stock free good stock and sample stock against budget

·         lead new product launches from a supply perspective

·         oversee the updating and reporting of all systems of forecasting demand planning and item Masters

·         oversee of Pharmaceutical biological warehouse operations pick pack shipping receiving labelling and inventory control

·         ensure communication and negotiation follow up with parts Raw Materials packaging and product suppliers

·         ensure all product storage MSDA safety and regulatory requirements are met

·         responsible for the talent management

·         not limited to recruitment team motivation individual development training setting objectives and performance evaluations

Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor Degree required – Supply Chain/Logistics/Logistic Master strongly preferred

Experience:- 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management, Inventory Management, distribution/warehousing, demand planning. 3PL experience is essential
