An established and highly regarded commercial builder based in Sydney is seeking to expand their team with the inclusion of a Sub Foreman.
Ultimately, the initial focus of this role will be working on a high valued Education project located on the Far North Coast of NSW; with then movement and activity on future new build commercial projects valued up to $30M.
The nature of this role will cater to the right candidate who is able to showcase a proven track record as a Sub foreman within the commercial space or similar as well display great knowledge of safety protocols.
In addition to being considered, you must posses:
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline
- The ability to work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors onsite in an orderly manner
- A Working With Children Check (Preferable)
- Senior First Aid (Desirable)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
