SMS Professional have an exciting new opportunity for an External Sales/ Account Manager to join a family owned business who are industry leaders in bearings and power transmission supplies.
Your duties include:
- Travelling regionally which can involve being away 3-4 nights at a time, multiple times during the year.
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge of their competitor products as well as innovations.
- Developing new business and nurture existing accounts.
- Identifying opportunities and generate leads.
- Assisting customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Start to end management of your customer accounts.
- Reviewing and analysing weekly and monthly reports.
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications, and maintaining call logs and sales records.
