Your new opportunity:
An exciting new opportunity for a customer service focused salesperson to join a global leader in the hospitality & tourism sector.
Your duties include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
- Negotiating sales agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Following up on existing leads and. converting them into sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Timeshare is highly regarded.
- Proven track record of closing sales and mastering negotiation techniques.
- Strong time management and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility with working days- this role requires weekend work and you would have Tuesday and Wednesday off.
