Job Description:
As a Sales and Contract Administration Officer in the tourism and hospitality sector, you will play a crucial role in facilitating sales operations and managing contracts efficiently. You will work closely with the sales team to assist with administrative tasks, process sales contracts, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing sales documents, and maintaining client records.
  • Coordinate the contract management process from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Review sales contracts for completeness and accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Liaise with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to gather necessary information and resolve contract-related issues.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal timelines to proactively address upcoming renewals or terminations.
  • Provide support to the sales team during contract negotiations, including drafting contract amendments and coordinating revisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and contract details.
