Full Job Description:
Join this progressive company who really invest in their people. They have a great opportunity for a strong admin support person to assist this newly created team in a call centre environment in debt recovery

The role includes:-
·  Administrative activity relating to loading new claims into management system
·  Allocation and matching of proof of loss documentation and sending LOD’s to third parties and their insurers
·  Management and allocation of team related inboxes
·  Responsible for identification and completion of additional paid search opportunities where applicable and recharge to \ client
·  Collect, sort, and scan and allocated all incoming physical mail
·  Respond to client update emails within client SLA matrix
·  Identify and complete claim information 
·  Review of data spreadsheets to identify missed opportunities
·  Produce and allocate invoices to clients where appropriate
·  Adhoc tasks as delegated

Once the role has been trained and learned, the company will offer a hybrid situation, with 2 days working from home and 3 in the office.
