Our client a leader in their market seeks a motivated Operations manager to lead and drive all production activities in their Truganina plant.
The role requires a demonstrated ability to manage costs and lead the production and warehouse activity minimising cost and ensuring a safe workplace as well as ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
The successful candidate will be able to lead and mentor the team members which include up to 7 indirect and one direct report while managing multiple queries from within the business on a day to day basis.
