Our client a leader in their field across Australasia requires an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operations in their Launceston site. They often promote their team internally and look to invest in their staff over the long term. There are often opportunities Australia wide and high performers are always ear marked for further progression within the business.
The role itself requires an inclusive manager that can mentor and develop their staff and adopt an inclusive workplace helping to lift staff and value their opinions. While maintaining a very strong focus on creating efficiencies and removing cost from the process without sacrificing on quality.
The ideal candidate:
– Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing leadership position
– Strong time management skills
– Proven ability to manage employee relations
– Proven ability to communicate across various stakeholders
