Our Client a global leader in high quality meat processing serving both the pharmaceutical as well food industry seeks an organised and experienced Maintenance manager to join the team.
A newly created role with a purpose to bring the maintenance of the plant and machinery into the next level. This will require a strong background in maintenance and or engineering as well as some experience in managing staff.
You will be responsible for:
– All aspects of planning and delivering maintenance
– Staff Management
– Ensuring minimal loss of uptime through organised preventative maintenance
– Driving process improvement
– Manage external providers when required
– Manage departmental budget
– A proactive approach to maintenance requirements
The ideal Candidate:
– Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management or engineering
– Experience in one of the following production lines, manufacturing, food processing
– Excellent communication skills
