Role and Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling cutting-edge pump products to a wide customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of pump products and their applications, enabling you to effectively address customer inquiries, recommend suitable products, and assist with technical support.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and compelling quotations and proposals for customers, highlighting the value of products and services.
  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing, including order entry, coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, maintaining regular communication to identify their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably in a technical or industrial field.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting customer relationships.
