Exporting Clerk

We are looking for someone who is experienced in Exporting or similar to take on a temp role which may turn perm!

  • Temp to Perm
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Parking on site

A great opportunity for an experienced Exporting Clerk to cover an annual leave situation for at least 2 months. This Global company with its Sydney office located in the Wetherill park area exports hospital equipment to locations such as New Caledonia, Fiji and New Zealand by sea freight.

The role will include but is not limited to:-

  • Pallet counts
  • Warehouse Liaison
  • Schedules and containers
  • Raising of invoices
  • Supply documentation 
  • Taking orders
  • The proficient use of SAP

The role would suit a candidate with:-
•Strong admin skills
• Excellent communication skills, inclusive of maintaining customer relations.
• A keen eye to detail and the ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
• An ability to plan, organise and control activities, to meet deadlines under pressure.
• The ability to multitask and learn new processes quickly
• Experiences of responsibility and accountability.
• A positive attitude and ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Demonstrate an aptitude with numbers.
• Have an Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in Export Documentation, particularly Sea Freight would be an advantage.
• Good work ethic

This position is to start immediately, to give you considerable amount of time to learn the role before the current Export Clerk embarks on their holiday, a good handover is given. This could also lead to more permanency in the company should you want that.
