As an Export Officer, you will be an integral part of warehouse operations, providing essential support in various areas including carton converting, procurement communication, and third-party logistics (3PL) support.
The role will revolve around displaying high attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email management
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Coordinate the timely procurement of materials and supplies
- Provide support and assistance to third-party logistics partners
- Create and manage excel spreadsheets
- Checking stock reports against export purchase orders
- Arranging freight quotes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- High excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Strong organisational skills
- Pro-active problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a warehouse admin/export officer
- Full Working Rights (Citizenship or PR)
