Join these market experts who have been around for 60 years and growing… FAST! They have a great opportunity for an experienced despatch supervisor to join their team of approximately 20. 

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the despatch of furniture each morning and process returns 
• Verifying and cross-checking orders to minimise errors
• Liaise with delivery subcontractors and coordinate all loading and returns to ensure timely delivery to the customer
• Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure all goods for despatch meet the quality standards 
• Check and ensure all despatch is correct and complete on a daily basis 
• Maintain the despatch area and assist in the warehouse duties as required 
• Work with DC manager to improve and maintain quality and accuracy of the items being despatched 

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience as a despatch officer, furniture experience is highly favourable 
• Experience in supervising a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A forklift license (LF and LO)
• Solid communication skills- verbal, written and electronic
