Our client a quickly growing National player in the packaging industry requires a customer service officer to join the team located in Blacktown. This role has come about due to internal promotion.
The successful candidate will liaise with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers to support the sales team ultimately leading to a positive outcome for the client.
You will have a strong attention to detail, not be afraid to get your hands dirty and will be responsible for inputting orders and assisting with queries. It is essential that you have a positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
