This role has many different aspects which include management of order processing, case management, maintaining material and customer data records, coordinating the quality non-conformance process and continuous improvement. 

Your future role includes- 

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Managing a portfolio of customers between 100-150 accounts 
  • Receiving and processing sales orders within a required timeline 
  • Daily order management reporting 
  • Resolving issues during the management of order processing such as block orders, pricing and lead-time discrepancies 
  • Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders 
  • Recording notes related to customer specific information to assist internal management of accounts 
  • Participating in company’s performance management systems, training sessions, coaching and mentoring performances 

About you- 

  • Previous experience in a fast paced, customer service environment 
  • Knowledge of Organization/ Industry products 
  • Experience using databases (SAP preferred)
  • Advanced attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Problem solving abilities 
  • Build strong and meaningful relationships
  • Understand and follow processes
