We have a few roles to start immediately working for this company leader in the medical industry. Whilst the position is to start on a temp basis it is definitely with a view to perm.
Forming part of the general Customer care team, this position will see you deal with hospitals, patients at home requiring stocks etc. The role includes but is not limited to:-
- Setting up new patients in the SAP system
- Set up of prescription and stock take documentation
- Organisation of the initial order and delivery
- Liaise with treating hospitals on patients details and requirements
- Post order follow ups
- Trouble shoot and find solutions
- Back order reviews
- Review of daily orders and processing them
You will become part of the call centre team and you will be willing to start in the Wetherill Park office and open to travel to Macquarie once the company moves into new offices.
The right person will be a strong communicator, have previous experience working in call centre environments, preferably previously experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. The hours are from 9am to 5pm, 5 days per week and 4 days per week are not out of the question for the right person.
