We are looking for a Customer Service driven individual to work in their Customer Service Team. The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be eager to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, but you need to have building/construction background
The role includes:
- Processing quotes and customer orders
- Phone & email enquiries
- Providing support to the sales team
- Building & maintaining professional relationships with customers
- Working closely with a network of suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Data entry
- General administrative tasks
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A good understanding of building products
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Mandarin speaking ability will be highly regarded
