Customer Service New Zealand – 12 month contract

We are looking for a Customer Service person with SAP to work for this company leader located near Auckland Aiport 

Forming part of the Customer care team, this great opportunity in the Health industry will see you deal with hospitals, clinics and patients at home requiring equipment etc. The role includes but is not limited to:-

  • Setting up new patients in the SAP system
  • Set up of prescription and stock take documentation
  • Organisation of the initial order and delivery
  • Liaise with treating hospitals on patients details and requirements
  • Post order follow ups
  • Trouble shoot and find solutions
  • Back order reviews
  • Review of daily orders and processing them 

The right person will be a strong communicator, have previous experience working in call centre environments, or Customer Service – in an office! You will be confident in using SAP system. Be a strong communicator, have accurate data entry and have the ability to multi task very well. We are looking for the right person who has a positive attitude and is seeking a long term position.
