This opportunity to work for a publicly listed manufacturing business in Melbourne. This business counts many household names as its clients.
The business has grown organically over the years and has more recently joined a much larger organisation. With this change the business is becoming more corporate in its approach to business.
The role is to manage a small customer service team that includes internal and external facing clients, managing their expectations and support them as they continue along the journey of becoming part of the bigger business. This comes with unique challenges.
Not for the faint of heart the position needs a self-starter and able to deal well with ambiguity and find solutions to bespoke problems as they arise while the business builds through this growth phase and matures being part of the bigger group.
While initially the goal will be to steady the team, the future holds many opportunities within the greater business.
A desirable candidate will have the following attributes:
- Exposure to SAP B1 or Dynamics 365
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage competing tasks
- Able to coach and mentor the team
