Internal Sales

We are looking for an Internal Sales person to take over the role of the existing employee who has just been promoted

  • Immediate start
  • SAP experience is highly regarded
  • Wetherill Park – Parking on site

Due to an internal promotion a new role has become available working for this successful, growing company located in the Wetherill Park area.

They specialise in the building, modifications, builds and repairs of industrial electrical products, in the customer service/internal sales team. In this role you will be assisting the External Sales managers and assisting the consumer with product orders etc

The role includes but is not limited to:-

  • Taking orders from inbound calls
  • Following up on quotes
  • Liaising with the modifications workshop to ensure customer’s 
  • Preparation of local purchase orders required to meet a customers needs
  • Answering all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Educating the customer on the businesses product range
  • Offering a variety of product related solutions to clients
  • Data entry of customer registrations.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers 
  • Identifying potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business.
  • Responding to customer emails 
  • Trouble shooting & general admin

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working in a similar role in an Internal Customer Service area.  You will be proficient on the computer and have preferably used ERP systems, in particular SAP and have the ability to problem solve. You will enjoy being part of a really active and dynamic small team and may be a part of their company bonus scheme.
