  • Process orders, quotes, and requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and delivery information.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to manage order fulfillment, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any potential issues.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
