Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting the most suitable packaging solutions based on their needs.
- Process orders, quotes, and requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and delivery information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to manage order fulfillment, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any potential issues.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Assist in generating regular reports on customer feedback, order status, and service performance metrics
