This well respected Australian owned company leader with branches all over Australia is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to head the Northern NSW region. This critical leadership position provides coverage over the geographical span of Port Macquarie, Taree, Coffs Harbour, Lismore, and Tamworth.
You will have a strong background in electrical practices, construction management and project management. This role forms an integral part of the of the NSW Leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Northern division business, including but not limited to revenue, operations, staff development, customer relations, and strategic planning for their future direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets in the Northern Region.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, development and accountability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency in all aspects of our Northern division operations.
- Monitor industry trends, markets, local activity, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align Northern division operations with company-wide goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the Branches position in the marketplace against those of its competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Northern division markets, competitors, and business landscape.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively
