Your background in Logistics will be welcomed as you form part of the general Customer care team, this great opportunity in the Health industry will see you deal with hospitals, patients at home requiring equipment etc. The role includes but is not limited to:-
- Setting up new patients in the SAP system
- Following up on ETAs and stock deliveries
- Taking the initial order and delivery
- Liaising with treating hospitals on patients details and requirements
- Post order follow ups
- Trouble shooting
- Back order reviews
- Review of daily orders and processing them
You will become part of the customer service team working in the Smithfield office to start and then later in the year, you will be open to move into their new site later in the year at Macquarie Park.
The right person will be a strong communicator, have previous experience working in call centre environments, or Customer Service – in office! You will preferably have previous experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
This position is a temp to perm one, we are only wanting applicants who are in for the long haul with this position, and enjoy a challenge, it is ongoing temp and then will go perm.
