We have a few roles to start immediately working for this company leader in the medical industry. We also have other Customer Service roles in the Wetherill park and Pemulway locations. These positions will start on a temp basis with a view to perm.
Forming part of the general Customer care team, the Medical position will see you deal with hospitals, patients at home requiring stocks etc. The role includes but is not limited to:-
- Setting up new patients in the SAP system
- Set up of prescription and stock take documentation
- Organisation of the initial order and delivery
- Liaise with treating hospitals on patients details and requirements
- Post order follow ups
- Trouble shoot and find solutions
- Back order reviews
- Review of daily orders and processing them
You will become part of the call centre team and you will be willing to start in the Wetherill Park office and open to travel to Macquarie once the company moves into new offices.
The other role will see you become part of a smaller team working from 9am to 4pm 5 days per week, taking orders, processing them, trouble shooting, chasing DSOs etc.
The right people will be strong communicators, have previous experience working in call centre environments, preferrably previously experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. The hours of the Medical role are from 9am to 5pm, 5 days per week and 4 days per week are not out of the question for the right person.
