We are searching for a proficient Accounts Receivable person who also has experienced in Accounts Payable and other general accounting functions. You will be joining the Accounts team of 5 people. The company has an inclusive culture, offering an extra day off for your birthday and Christmas bonus.
The role includes but is not limited to:-
- Direct debits
- Collections
- Trade Debtors
- Credit card on line payments
- EFT Payments
- Fleet invoices
- Memberships
- Phone expenses
- Employee expenses
- Statements
- Reconcilations
- End of month processes
The right person will be experienced in a similar role, able to work independently, be a real problem solver and a team player You will have strong excel skills, be proficient in MYOB and strong PC skills will be a bonus. You must be vaccinated and have strong communication skills too.
