Our client, a successful boutique furniture manufacturer in Western Sydney is looking for an experienced Accounts person with a strong AP background to offer additional support to their accounts team.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Hands on Accounts Payable and general accounts administration
- Processing of all Supplier’s invoices
- Payments and reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers regarding accounts queries
- The maintenance of all creditors documentation
- Weekly payments process
To be a successful candidate in this role, you will possess experience in an accounts payable position, understand general accounting principles, be experienced with balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries and have a comprehensive understanding of accounting softwares.
