Matthew Lamb, a founding business partner of SMS, whilst he has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, he also has an extensive background in Credit Control and Accounting. He has worked as a manager at two reputable recruitment companies before joining forces with Sue to establish SMS Professional.

His extensive background in the packaging and credit industries provides him with a deep understanding of business operations, financial management, and workforce dynamics, making him an invaluable asset to both the business and the clients alike.
