A leading Australian provider of debt collection management as well as locally outsourced accounts receivable and call centre management services is seeking a Team Leader for a newly created team which is located in modern offices near Alexandria.
The newly created team will consist of 15 team members who will be responsible for inbound hardship calls from a major Australian company.
The role includes:-
-Daily contact with the client
-Produce regular statistics on how the team is performing
-Ensure that that team is capable of achieving SLA’s and KPI’s
-Be a champion of all internal policies relating to hardship, dispute resolution and customer care.
-Inspiring the team to meet all of the set requirements.
The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and possess a level of empathy that can help to diffuse and de-escalate situations. You will be comfortable facing clients and managing their expectations. Ideally you will have a grasp of the collections process and an enthusiasm to take on a new team who will look to you for leadership and direction.
