Support Specialist – Hardship

Our client who specialises in local outsourced solutions is located in a modern office close to Alexandria and offers monthly incentives as well as a close knit team environment where staff feel valued and appreciated.

Several opportunities exist to join the team on a permanent basis, these roles will be in the newly formed hardship team servicing an Australian leading organisation in discussing customers individual hardship needs and working on solutions to remediate the situation finding a solution for both the client and the clients customer. 

Key Requirements:
-Handling inbound and outbound calls
-Treating all customers with empathy and respect
-Discussing and resolving payment issues
-Meet all set KPI’s and SLA’s
-Very good written and verbal communication
-Problem solving
-Attention to detail

The client will commit 4 weeks initial training, therefore hardship experience is not necessary but exposure to call centre work would be highly regarded.
