The position is an accounts allrounder role aand includes but is not limited to:-
- Account Payable
- Invoicing
- Bank reconciliations for multiple companies
- Intercompany payments
- Creditors reconciliations
- Accurate data entry
- Reconcilations of the trust account
- Supplier contacts
- General administration
The right candidate will have a positive attitude, be a good people person, highly reliable, have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, be confident but friendly and an excellent communicator! If you have previous experience in the building industry and have used Timberline before – you will have an advantage.
