We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join this Sales team as a Sales Support Officer. You will provide support with administrative and Customer Service tasks.
About the role
- Assist where required with database management
- Taking orders over the phone and face to face
- Produce weekly reports
- Monitor and manage the sales support inbox
- Trouble shoot and follow up
- Prioritise your own workflow
- Work closely with our Sales Advisors and Sales Managers, providing admin support where required
- Receving stock
- Processing orders
- Data entry and processing
- You are passionate, energetic with a ‘can-do’ attitude, driven to provide the best experience for their invaluable customers
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, ability to embrace new technology
