Company Overview: 
This company is a leading engineer, manufacturer and distributer in the valves and pumps industry, specialising in delivering high-quality fluid handling solutions to a diverse range of industries. 

Position Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced sales administrator to utilise their office administration skills to work for this supportive team located near Parramatta. The role will involve managing the office and helping the sales team to deliver exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with tasks that assist the Sales team to manage opportunities, win business and close deals.
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Responsible for the presentation of the corporate office and reception area
  • Assisting our sales and administration team
  • Building marketing brochures, mail cards, managing direct email marketing campaigns, coordinating social media campaigns
  • Ordering stationary and managing supplies
  • General office administration and ad-hoc tasks 


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines.
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Previous administration experience
