Office Manager

Paying above market! This successful, busy Real Estate in the North West Sydney location is seeking an experienced Office Manager to take on the responsibilities that keep the office running to optimum. The ideal candidate will be experienced working in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of administrative support and management including but not limited to:-

  • Policies and procedure management
  • Organising quarterly special social events
  • Assist with the settlements of properties
  • Compliance and CPDs
  • Processing of all settlement gifts, keys etc
  • Organise the onboarding of new staff members
  • Overall maintenance of the office
  • Assisting the agents & admin staff
  • Manning the phone when the front desk during lunch breaks
  • Office supplies and stationery ordering and top ups
  • Editing and entering new properties into the system
  • Receiving and compiling buyers feedback
  • Ad hoc administration and customer care

To be successful, you must be a high energy person, you will be a strong multi tasker, proactive and great with people.
