This successful Australian owned industry leader involved in finances and the collection of outstanding debt in Australia and NZ is seeking an efficient, organised, PA/Office Manager to take charge of many important tasks, reporting directly to the GMO and undertaking work the CEO as well, the duties include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangement management
  • Management of all office tasks
  • Facilities management
  • Maintaining the smooth running of the office and ensuring the staff have what’s required to get on and for their job
  • Asset register management, including IT equipment and building security access¬†
  • Owning the onboarding of new staff and the off boarding of departing staff
  • Management of events, meetings, team meetings, workshops etc
  • Management onboarding of basic IT requests, such as laptop setup in conjunction with the IT support team
  • Lead organiser of Christmas Parties,¬† EOFY events and other special events
  • General administration duties
  • Employee incentive management – ie:- Refer a friend scheme
  • Visitors meet and greet – delivering exceptional first impression to all office visitors

The successful candidate will have:-

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. 
  • The ability to maintain a strict level of confidentially
  • Strong time management & multi tasking skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and focus on the task at hand
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Great people skills
  • Strong IT competency
