About Your New Role

Your Duties Include

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service through prompt and effective communication and resolving customer disputes. 
  • Assisting in accurate reporting and administration of dales activities to achieve the business sales plan. 
  • Developing and delivering business proposals.
  • Developing organisational procedures and systems for office personnel which include invoicing, filing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, scheduling and profitability. 
  • Setting up appointments and meetings. 
  • HR duties which include leave requests, onboarding new employees and recruitment of new staff. 
  • Overseeing and producing monthly financial and management reports for the General Manager and Directors. 
  • Responsibility for company vehicle management, purchasing/sale, toll passes, fuel cards, insurance, registrations, services and repairs. 

Skills and experience

  • Motivated to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Requires a proactive attitude to working in a team environment and a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to prepare and present business proposals and contracts.
  • Current Drivers License
