This successful Australian owned property development company located in the Hills has been in business for over 30 years. During that time they have expanded and grown, enjoying the long standing relationships they have calved out with employees and buyers.
They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their small team.
The role:-
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Development projects, including advertising, events, digital marketing, and social media
- Website development & optimisation
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and display suites
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including launches, open houses, and property viewings
- Creating and maintaining marketing databases
- Create contact lists and project information
- Co ordinate and manage real estate portals
- Check pricing of each listing are correct in all company systems
- Ensure that all marketing materials and activities are correct and make corrections where necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide administrative support
The ideal candidate:-
- Must have Adobe, Illustrator and Publisher
- Will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience
- Ideally has worked for the building, construction, property development industry
- Has relevant Degree in Marketing or other accredited certificates at a minimum
- Will be a strong, multi tasker and have a positive and proactive attitude, being part of the solution to achieve great things
- Will be a strong and clear communicator, able to build good rapport
- Is happy to work from the office for 5 days per week
