Logistics Co-ordinator

A successful National business South of Sydney’s CBD is looking for an experienced Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their team!

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Logistics Co-Ordinator who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, liaise with a variety of internal departments and external 3PL companies to join their team. 

The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring and managing all shipments and stock
  • Coordinating with 3PL to clear, deliver and schedule the unpacking of containers
  • Receiving goods into the ERP system
  • Having a devout ongoing commitment to safety standards and procedures
  • Guiding and managing the Logistics team to excel expectations
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the warehousing team and operations
  • Accurately managing inventory and data
  • Maintaining detailed records of day to day proceedings

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in Logistics Coordination and replenishment in a high volume environment
  • Be comfortable managing staff and liaising with the warehouse
  • Be technologically savvy, with ERP system experience
  • Have a high attention to detail, able to work autonomously 
  • Manage costs and implement procedures to reduce costs
  • Hold a valid LF forklift license
