L2 System Support Engineer

Seeking a Lvl 2 System Support Engineer to work for a rapidly growing global MSP client.

An amazing opportunity for a Level 2 IT support engineer with 2-3 years experience to work for a fast growing, Australian owned Managed Service Provider with a global presence!! You will have the opportunity to make an impact on this company who will recognise and reward. There is room for progression and you will be a part of a great team.

A typical day will look like:

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for IT-related issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct and monitor LAN/WAN network status and devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating as needed
  • Participate in infrastructure projects to improve client value.
  • Conduct maintenance activities of hardware and software including weekly backups.
  • Provide On-prem and Off-prem support across a range of Microsoft products and services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2-3 years experience working in a similar role, particularly within MSP.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft systems and platforms (Windows Server/Client, Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Citrix, Fortinet, ITIL 4, MCITP, MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
  • Experience with Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)
  • Demonstrated experience using ExpressRail
  • A technical understanding of Linux, Security and Automation
