Service Coordinator – Full time – Filled April 2018


This Australian owned plant maintenance leader located in Alexandria is seeking a mature minded and experienced Service Co ordinator to join their team and co ordinate the work for 16+ Trades people. Great hours, starting at 7am and finishing at 4pm daily

Your duties will include:
Allocation, distribution and coordination of work order requests to trade staff
Data entry to our maintenance management system
Answering incoming calls
Ordering of parts
General office administration
Support to trade staff in general
To be successful in this role you will require:

Excellent time management skills
High level of computer literacy and ability to accurately maintain data.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel and Outlook.
Problem solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong and clear communication skills both written and oral
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
The company has been in business for over 10 years and is growing, there is parking on site and a great environment to work in.Accounts/Administration/Payroll –  Part time!
