Due to their current long standing receptionist finally retiring after over 20 years in the role, an excellent opportunity has become available for a passionate, well groomed, friendly faced receptionist to join.

The company is stable, well known and highly regarded in their industry. The culture is hard working, friendly and respectful, with a reputation of ‘once you start there, you never want to leave!’

The role itself includes:-

* Answering in coming calls

* Assisting with the accounts dept data entry

* Invoicing

* General administration

* Set up for all conferences and meetings

* Booking of accomodations and travel arrangements where required

* Special function organisation

* Stationery

* Meet & Greet

* Post office and mail

The right person for this role will live locally, be highly efficient, mature minded, highly reliable, have a very strong work ethic loyal, friendly, approachable, a strong communicator, well groomed and will be looking for a long term opportunity.
