Receptionist/Consultant Support – Temp – Filled May 2018


This Australian owned, growing, stable recruitment business in the Norwest Business park is seeking a temp reception/consultant support to come on board and assist their busy team. Being the face of the company, you will be well presented, be a bright and positive person, with a willingness to assist the team in the following:-

Answering phone calls and delivering messages
Staff room and general office maintenance
Typing up of resumes
Assisting in sourcing candidates
Placing ads on SEEK and other job boards
Typing of resumes and profiles
Meet & greet of candidates
Board room bookings and tidy
Assisting in the social media aspect to the business
Ad hoc duties
This temp role is to start asap and will continue for at least 10 weeks. You will need to have strong administration and people skills, a very good phone manner, at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
