Administration Assistant Part time 30 hrs pw – Filled 16/2/18
Location: Seven Hills NSW
Due to growth, this Australian owned SME located in the Western Suburbs has a rare part time/ school hours position for a reliable and experienced office administrator to join their team. The position will be assisting the current office administrator in the overload of work as well as another business sharing the office.
The role involves but is not limited to: –
data entry into their new database
assisting with policies and procedures
responding to incoming calls from customers
inventory system transfers
assisting with purchasing
The actual hours of the role will be from 9.00am to 3.00pm 5 days per week, the role will start in late February 2018, if you feel you are the person for this one, please send your resume.
