Accounts/Administration/Payroll – Part Time – Filled March 2018

This very busy Australian owned SME located in Wetherill Park has a rare part time/ position for a reliable and experienced Accounts and office administrator to join their team.
The position will be assisting the business owner in with the overload of work as well as taking on the payroll and invoicing using MYOB.
The role involves but is not limited to:-
preparation for the accountant for tax
responding to incoming calls from customers
general ad hoc administration
The actual hours of the role are around 23 per week which can be worked over 3 or 4 days. There is some flexibility around the hours, so school hours are a possibility, however the perfect days for the business would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The ideal person will be comfortable and experienced with MYOB, ok working in a male dominated industry, have previous experience in payroll and P&L.
