A well renowned Global organisation within the manufacturing industry located in the Southwest suburbs of Brisbane are seeking to to gain a formidable leader with the inclusion of a Field Service Supervisor.
The chosen supervisor will need to be able to plan, coordinate, delegate and execute all tasks efficiently and effectively. This means ensuring their team of Field Service Technicians are maintaining exemplary customer satisfaction and meeting their targets. In addition, other aspects will include:
- All reporting is correctly filed
- Be involved in the training cycle of employees
- Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed
The nature of this role will cater to the right candidate who conveys a high level of leadership skills as well as mechanical aptitude within the industrial field as they will still be required to be on the tools from time to time.
To be considered for this role, you must posses:
- Qualification/Certification within Mechanical Engineering or Similar
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Full working rights in Australia.
- 4-5 years in a supervisor role or similar.
