Customer Service – Sutherland location

This global publicly listed employer of choice is seeking a mature minded candidate with at least two years-experience in a team environment to be employed as a Customer Service Officer for an immediate start.

As a key part of the Customer Service Team you will Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and your role will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Handling a high volume of customer enquiries
  • Tracking of deliveries and orders
  • Email management
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Liaising with existing customers over the phone

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve and use initiative. You will be highly organised, methodical and have the ability to multitask. You will possess experience working with a large ERP such as Oracle or SAP. You will be required to work one Saturday per month which will then be returned to you as a day off in that month.
