Our client a growing national manufacturing business in Western Sydney requires a customer service officer to join the team on a permanent basis. 

The successful candidate:

– Focus on customer experience
– Able to work to deadlines
– Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– A proven ability to work autonomously
– Great problem solving skills
– Accurate and fast data entry

Experience with Pronto or Dynamics 365 would be highly regarded.
