About the role

Your new job will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the order process including receiving and processing sales orders within a required time. 
  • Resolving issues during the management of order process such as blocked orders, pricing and lead time discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and the customers to achieve DIFOT e.g. arranging late time slots and transport arrangements.
  • Negotiating lead times with customers for plant capacity issues.
  • Managing and documenting all customer communication via CRM system. 
  • Maintaining material and customer data records. 

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with knowledge of organisation/ industry products. Experience using databases (SAP is preferred but not essential), High attention to detail, accuracy and quality. The ability to work autonomously and within a team and understand and follow processes seamlessly.
