Job Description:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong and lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products/services.
  • Identify New Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential leads and sales opportunities to expand client base.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services, addressing the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in CRM systems.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
